The Importance of Communicating Clearly with Karyn Buxman

Sometimes as my husband and I are communicating I realize that he and I are saying the same thing, but in with different words and different ways. This causes frustration for both of us and we have to find our way to the middle to realize that we are saying the same thing :-D.

This confusing can also happen with you and your clients. Remember that you need to speak in the language that your clients speak, because if not they don’t and can’t hear what you have to say as they feel it doesn’t pertain to them.

You have to remember that you’re not just in business for you, but to the clients you serve. Which require you learning what their needs are, how to meet them and the best way to do that is to know their language in order for you to present it in a way for them to understand that YOU have what they need.
